Meet Steve & Meriam

Steve and Meriam Knoblaugh have been helping residential home sellers and buyers in the Pacific Northwest for over 28 years. As a full-time husband and wife team, they bring an extensive depth of experience and backgrounds. Steve was a former CPA and Meriam, a former Registered Nurse who was also a small business owner.

Their combined aggregate total of over 56 years of full-time real estate sales experience brings you a seller or buyer a strong competitive advantage, as they have sold in many different changing real estate markets. Residential real estate, commercial real estate, condos, investment projects, and multi-family to name a few of the depths of their experience in both King and Snohomish counties.
